BizBees Finance · In the works
KSeF invoices checked before you send them
Once an invoice has its KSeF number, you can only fix it with a correction. So BizBees Finance checks the buyer, the bank account and the number before it goes out.
You type the tax number (NIP), and Finance takes the buyer’s name and address from the VAT white list. It checks an EU company in VIES. Before an invoice goes out, it shows what is wrong and why.
KSeF · VAT white list · VIES · several companies on one account · PL, EN, DE, UK
We built the screens on this page from the product's interface designs and first version, in the page's theme and language; the companies, people and amounts on them are sample data, and their NIPs are deliberately invalid.
KSeF
From 1 January 2027, KSeF applies to everyone
Poland’s National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) is already running. The last exception, for small sales, ends with 2026.
- 1 Feb 2026
KSeF mandatory for companies whose 2024 sales exceeded PLN 200 million (including VAT).
- 1 Apr 2026
KSeF mandatory for everyone else.
- until 31 Dec 2026
An invoice can still be issued outside KSeF if a month’s sales including VAT on such invoices stay within PLN 10,000.
- 1 Jan 2027
KSeF mandatory for the companies that used that exception too.

How it works
From an invoice to its KSeF number
This is how you work with an invoice in Finance. Issuing and checking already work in the demo; we are building the KSeF connection.
Step 1 of 4: You fill in the invoice: the buyer by tax number, the lines and the dates
What works in the demo
The first screens are ready
You can see everything below in the demo on sample data, without signing up.
Overview and sales
The overview shows the company’s sales and the invoices waiting to be sent. The sales list shows each invoice’s KSeF status.
A new invoice from the white list
After you type the NIP, Finance takes the buyer’s name and address from the VAT white list and checks an EU company’s VAT number in VIES. Lines, rates and totals update as you type.
A check before sending
Finance checks the NIP checksum, the buyer on the white list, the VAT number in VIES, the bank account, the invoice number and the issue date. Every problem comes with a description and what to do.
An invoice page with its status
Every invoice has its own page: accepted with its KSeF number, sending, or rejected with a code and a reason, and a hint on how to fix it.
Several companies on one account
You switch companies in the header. Each one has its own invoices and details.
Four languages, two themes
The screens work in Polish, English, German and Ukrainian, in a light and a dark theme, on a phone too.
In the works
What is not there yet
These parts are already in the demo’s menu, but they don’t work yet.
The KSeF connection
Sending invoices to KSeF and receiving KSeF numbers. Until then, the demo sends nothing to KSeF.
Purchases
Cost invoices fetched from KSeF, to check and accept.
Contractors, products and services
Saved buyers and the lines you pick on an invoice.
Reports and KSeF settings
Sales summaries, and each company’s KSeF connection and permissions.
Does BizBees Finance send invoices to KSeF yet?
Not yet. We are building the KSeF connection. In the demo you can issue an invoice and see the check, but nothing goes to KSeF.
How much does BizBees Finance cost?
There is no price list yet. If you want to use Finance in your company, e-mail us or book a call.
Is the data in the demo real?
The companies and invoices in the demo are made up, and their NIPs have a deliberately wrong checksum. The answers from the VAT white list and VIES are real when you type a real NIP or EU VAT number.
Where does what I type in the demo go?
It stays in your browser. “Restore the demo data” in the account menu takes you back to the start.
Can Finance handle several companies?
Yes. One account holds several companies, and you switch between them in the header.
Which languages does Finance support?
Polish, English, German and Ukrainian. You change the language in the header.
